The Gavotte Collection of functional art work is a panoply of faces and different characters. Named Gavotte after the lively dance, they form a varied and interesting group of personalities who add sculptural presence and distinctive individuality to any interior setting.
They are lamps of many faces, to be enjoyed from different angles. Piet – of square formation has four faces, Ocello and Warrior are sculpted with a different face front and back, and Rudi stands proudly and statuesque. all the pieces can be finished as either lamp bases or incorporated by the designer as pieces of decorative art. The designs were all hand sculpted in plaster, then cast in jesmonite. Lampshades are made in the shape and design you rquire in a stock fabric or COM.
